 If your class is missing from Blackboard, then you should contact the REGISTRAR to find out if you have a hold on your account.  

 All official transcripts can be sent electronically to the registrars office, please select a campus above for the address. 

 You should always reach out to your professor and let them know the reason for your absence. Each class has its own attendance policy, and you are only allowed so many absences per class.  

 It is recommended logging in at least three times a week.  

 Your registration can be paid through your student portal https://campusportal.keiseruniversity.edu/default.aspx or by calling the BURSAR and paying over the phone.  

 Contact the REGISTRAR as soon as possible to see if there is an available class to switch to. If it is past the 3rd day of class, changes cannot be made.   

 Please contact the REGISTRAR to find out the attendance policy and if there will be a financial responsibility.   

 The required book and materials needed for your class will be listed on your syllabus. You can also search the required materials on our online bookstore: https://www.keiseruniversity.edu/keiser-bookstore/   

 You can stop by Student Services during office hours, and they will print your ID out on the spot.  

 Yes, all students are required to be in business professional dress when attending classes on campus.  

 You will need a computer to complete your assignments. You may not necessarily need a laptop for class.
